Q.

I work full time, do you have after hours appointments?

Answer: After hours appointments are available on Thursday nights and Saturdays.

Q.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

Answer: Please bring any test results from your doctor or specialist and all medication including natural supplements.

Q.

What are the fees payable and what are your payment methods?

Answer: Please call the clinic for up to date prices. Credit card and EFTPOS facilities are available.

Q.

Can I buy supplements at the clinic?

Answer: Supplements are available to purchase at the clinic.  I only stock products of the highest quality ingredients.

Q.

I am about to start IVF and haven’t done your PCHC program.  Should I still come and see you?

Answer: PCHC has been shown to double the success rate of IVF/ART so it is best if you complete the entire program before IVF however you can come at any time during a cycle.

Q.

I am not sure if you can help my situation, the doctors have told me nothing can be done and I need a donor egg?

Answer: I have heard this story many times before.  Please come in so we can discuss your situation and if my program might work for you.

Q.

What happens if I miss my appointment?

Answer: Missed appointments will incur a full consultation fee unless an appointment is rescheduled with the week.

Q.

How will I know if the PCHC program is right for me?

Answer: I am happy to provide a complimentary 15-30 minute chat either on the phone or face to face so I can answer any questions you may have.  You get to meet me and see if I am the right person to support you on your fertility journey.  Please call or email to make a time to discuss your concerns.

Q.

My husband doesn’t believe in natural therapies. Does he have to be involved in the PCHC program?

Answer: In the past, when a couple had difficult conceiving it was always assumed there was something wrong with the woman.  We now know that men are 50% responsible for conception and equally responsible for miscarriage.  He may have been told by your fertility doctor that nothing is wrong with his sperm when in fact the sperm analysis really doesn’t tell us everything we need to know.  If this is happening for you I would recommend inviting him to my complimentary chat so he can meet me.  We can then discuss what his concerns are.  Even the most reluctant men eventually come when they understand how important it is for them to be involved.

Q.

My doctor says I am not to take any herbs during an IVF cycle?

Answer: It is important to seek good advice if considering the use of herbal medicines or supplements whilst you are going through an IVF cycle as they can interact with the drugs.  I have specialised in Natural Fertility for over 20 years and am experienced in this area so there is no need to be worried. I am very open to a collaborative approach with your medical specialist and the best outcome can sometimes be achieved using both methods.  There is no need to choose one over the other.

Q.

My child is sick and I don’t want him to have antibiotics again.  What can I do?  Is there something else you can give him?

Answer: There is a range of safe, effective natural medicine which can be taken when your child is unwell.  Prevention is the best medicine and I am passionate about educating mums and dads in how to prevent your child from getting sick.

Q.

I need to talk to you but I won’t be seeing you for a couple of weeks.  What is the best way to contact you?

Answer: I am available for phone or email consultations. These consults do not replace your usual consultation. They are very good for acute situations, referrals for new blood tests or discussing test results.  Charges are dependent on the amount of time I spend talking to you.

Q.

I don’t feel sick can I just come in for some Reflexology?

Answer:Absolutely!  Reflexology is a wonderful treatment to help relieve stress.  Many people experience a deep relaxation and come regularly just to stay on top of things.
